AJ Jenkins

AJ Jenkins collaborates with senior attorneys to help develop defense strategies and evaluate cases for potential resolution, including negotiation and settlement, while continuing to build her experience in civil defense.

Her work includes conducting legal research, preparing motions and pleadings, and contributing to overall case development. In addition to attending hearings, she is involved in various stages of pre-trial litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, participating in written and oral discovery, and assisting with fact investigations.

She supports the defense of clients in a range of civil matters, such as premises liability, oilfield accidents, both commercial and non-commercial motor vehicle accidents, and other tort claims.

Prior to entering civil defense, she served as a misdemeanor prosecutor, where she gained courtroom experience and also served as a county civil attorney, providing her with a strong foundation in government practice and civil litigation.
